We had it on the ballot and it passed. Each city has the option to pass an ordinance regulating the allowance of the over the counter sale of it. My City just passed theirs forbidding it. It must be prescription. Prescription form is different than over the counter bulk form. San Diego is having a problem with high school students paying the Doctors their fee and getting the prescription and being stoned at school. When they are confronted they try to use the card as a get out jail free. It did not vacate the under the influence laws in the Vehicle Code, the Penal Code or the Health and Safety Code. Alaska has had the ';grow your own law'; much longer than Ca. law.
Yeah, but we had to get our local government leaders to smoke it, in order to get them to understand that it relieves all pain, even from Libs. The reason California still has Libs as representatives, is because Senators, Barbara Boxer, and Dianne Feinstein smoked too much, and forgot that they were the pain, for those Californians who don't have cancer, and for those who do.


Bless cancer patients. It was a long hard road to get you men and women relief. I just pray for you all, that marijuana helps you. I can't imagine the pain you must be suffering. I think God could give a load what you need to use to ease it.
