Do most people have problems with runny, underdone baked goods when using a GE True Temp oven?

Not a convection oven, just has a heating fan to keep the temperature controlled. Every time I bake something it comes out underdone inside and overcooked outside.Do most people have problems with runny, underdone baked goods when using a GE True Temp oven?
Don't have the oven but am wondering if purchasing a thermometer for the oven would help? Maybe your thermostat is WAY off. You can get them for less than $10 at WalMart and they hang on the rack in the oven. It will tell you if the temp is correct or not. Sounds to me that your oven may be running a bit hot.
