The cross is a pagan symbol, used by druids and such. It was used by Rome to torture and kill people. The cross is no more Christian than the fish. They are both pagan symbols.Jehovah's Witnesses, you are true Christians, why don't you use the cross, is it unchristian?
Theres a few different churches who don't use the Cross.





I'm not a JW but my church doesn't use the cross, this is the explanation my church gives for it. I imagine JWs don't use it for the same reason.

The cross is used in many Christian churches as a symbol of the Savior's death and Resurrection and as a sincere expression of faith. As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we also remember with reverence the suffering of the Savior. But because the Savior lives, we do not use the symbol of His death as the symbol of our faith.


Our lives must be the expression of our faith. When we are baptized and confirmed, we covenant to take upon ourselves the name of Jesus Christ. 1 Cor 10:14 says flee from idolatry


Ex 20: 4, 5 says you should not even MAKE them nor bow to them or serve them...





If someone you loved died by a gun, would you make a pendant or make a image %26amp; bow to it?
They are too cheap to buy one.
if someone shot someone you love, would you wear a gun in remembrance of them?
