Yes, it's true. IT's not hygienic at all. Toilet paper is rough on the an*s and it does not clean 100% The more toilet paper they use, the more they are hurting the an*s.. If for their botton, yes but not to clean hands. Drying them with tp is ok but it falls apart. Personally I often wash my bottom but also use tp. That way you are prepared for romance and avoid other potential health issues
most people use toilet paper. very few people have bidets. It is perfectly hygienic so long as you wash your hands when you are done.
What do you mean after going to the bathroom? you dry yourself on a towel, it is a pretty mean household when they supply toilet paper to dry yourself on after having a wash or a bath. OR, did you mean after using the toilet? if so, then in most western countries toilet tissue is used. it would look pretty strange to be washing your ars e in the sink in a public toilet don't you think?
