Is it true that military personell can now use their GI bill on their husbands and wives education?

My boyfriend told me about this but didn't think it was possible... i tried asking a few people but they didnt have the answer...Is it true that military personell can now use their GI bill on their husbands and wives education?
Yes It is true. I'm a military SPOUSE, and I'm going back to school now with that help.





They'll pay for you to go to CERTAIN schools %26amp; certain online courses (which is what I'm takin)

not really, no. currently there are only like four ARMY only MOSs that qualify, and there are a lot of restrictions, up to and including the SM must re enlist and be a certain pay grade(E6) .





pretty much nobody qualifies for it.
Yes, it's true. They can now transfer part of their GI Bill to their spouse. I'm sure there are certain criteria that have to be met, but I think it's a good idea. There's actually a lot of help for military members to get an education, but often it's hard for the spouses to find resources. Go here, they usually have info on things like this: www.military.com
not only them , but also their kids. i found that out after my dad retired.
Your supposed to be able to but it doesn't ever happen. You can promise it to that person but it is a 99.9% chance that it won't happen.
