No, that's not true. You use all of your brain, just not all the time. This has been conclusively proven using MRI scans - not that anyone really believed it anyway. The brain uses more oxygen and blood than any other organ - if we were only utilizing 10% of it there would be no evolutionary advantage to having such a large brain.Is it true that we only use 10% of our brains?
I am not sure about 10% but I don't think we can use all of our brain's capability. Imagine if humans could use all what our brain can do. There would be things that are more than we can see from sci-fi movies.
