Is it true you have to be 2 months old to use the pound on neopets?

because im only like a month but i want to use it when it opens..Is it true you have to be 2 months old to use the pound on neopets?
Only to adopt rare pets/colors. You could adopt a Lupe, but not a Royal Lupe, for instance.Is it true you have to be 2 months old to use the pound on neopets?
It's actually four months. YOu can use the Pound anytime, but you can't adopt Painted Pets, Pets above Level 2, or Limited Edition pets. You can adopt certain colors like white, pink, glowing, and others (check google or something), but you cannot adopt a WHite POogle on lvl 1. It is a color months under 4 can adopt, but since it's a Limited Edition pet, you'd miss it.

-Brown


- Checkered


- Glowing


- Invisible


- Orange


- Pink


- Purple


- Shadow


- Silver


- Skunk


- Speckled


- Split


- White


- Basic colors (ie, yellow, green, red, blue)
Yes for some of the things but right now you cna't access the pound because pets are getting their clothes taken and put back into the pound some people say it will reopen around december but i'm not sure.
